Design And Research On The System Of Education Resource Sharing Network In Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of modern information technology, the network technology and the multimedia technology as the core, the new stage of educational information into the development, network education has become a global trend of education and training, lifelong education and resource sharing platform development in the certain degree for high vocational college education resource sharing network system construction, sharing and application of the overall advance provides conditions, promoting the construction and development of resources of education system in Higher Vocational Colleges at present.In this study, the status and achievements of domestic and foreign resources of higher vocational education as the basis, in-depth analysis of the existing educational resources management is unreasonable, the construction of Vocational Colleges of education resources in Higher Vocational Colleges target is not clear, the school enterprise cooperation is not obvious and other issues. On the basisof combing and analysis of related concepts, principles of educationresources in higher vocational colleges, the theoretical basis of theconstruction of higher vocational colleges, the education resourcenetwork sharing system were designed in details from the designgoal, system design, user requirements, the overall framework of thesystem, the hierarchical structure, function module. Which is thecore part of the functional modules of the system implementation,including resource management module, system managementmodule, user management module. In the process of systemrealization, convenient search and management to realize theresource using the Ajax search technology and the XML technology,providing an information resource sharing platform for the user.In this study the sharing system provides scalable communicationplatform and high-quality education resources service for users ofhigher vocational students, teachers, school and enterprise, canreduce the cost of learning of higher vocational students, and helpstudents improve their own quality and comprehensive ability, and itcan improve the teachers’ teaching ability, and provide technicalsupport and exchange platform for Higher Vocational teachers. Atpresent, the system is still in the stage of system testing andexperience, through continuous testing module of related functions, to further improve the sharing system, increasing the scalability ofsystem function, sharing system continuous efforts for theestablishment of a complete, fully functional, covering the wholecountry vocational education resource network.
