"Education equality" is not only the ideal pursued by modern society but also the basic value of modern education. In our country, the number of female who access to higher education is increasing rapidly. By 2006, the number of female who are in university and college reaches 48.1% of the total number of students on campus. Higher education for female has developed rapidly. Thereupon, there are more and more problems in which sex-fair of higher education whose characters are sex-unfair in entrance chance, education process and education. In order to avoid female suffering sex-unfair in higher education, author has to analyze the reasons and propose some suggestions to build fair society surrounding for development of higher education.Gender fairness is the centre idea of the western social gender theory all the time. "Gender fairness in education" has become an important subject which education researchers are working on. As a key concept of Social gender theory, "social gender" offers ways and methods to understand gender fairness and unfairness in present female higher education of our country.From the view of social gender, this article researches on gender unfairness and existing in present female higher education of our country. Secondly, it analyzes the reasons and raises the solution. The article is divided into five sections.Section one: this part introduces the purpose and meaning of the research, current study situation and main views both at home and abroad, the basic thinking of research, research approach. At the some time, this part has defined some relevant conceptions, such as: social gender, education fairness, gender fairness in the higher education processSection two: This part mainly introduces two major theoretical foundations of this research—education fairness, gender and development theory. The introduction and arrangement of education fairness, gender and development theory make firm theoretical foundation and practical support for this article.Section three: From the view of social gender, this part analyzes the gender fairness and difference of our country in the female's higher education process. From the view of social gender, this article has analyzed present gender unfairness and ignorance of gender difference in the female's higher education process, in which it mainly analyzes from balance and unfairness in higher education process. After the analyzing from the inside and outside of higher education system and rethinking, this article tries to find the reasons why female has the inferior position in participating higher education.Section four: Using the social gender theory, this part gives the solutions to the problems of gender fairness and difference in female's higher education process. From four points—cultural environment, law support, university construction and female, this part gives the solutions to the problems of gender fairness and difference in female's higher education process.Section five: Conclusion...
