In the educational activities, teachers in a dominant position, play a leading role; students in thesubject position, play subjective initiative.Education only through to the two basic factors of teachers andstudents interact smoothly, so how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students, in whichteachers can play the leading role, but also subjective initiative to protect students, education is unavoidableand must solve the problem. Especially in the high school education teaching activities, the relationshipbetween teachers and students is one of the basic relationships need to solve.However,in recent years,the frequent teacher-student feelings indifference, teacher-student relationship,teacher-student conflict utilitarian alienation phenomenon. Moreover, the development trend of thisphenomenon more and more serious, has caused the society, schools, teachers and students individualattention. Therefore, this article based on the investigation of the relationship between university teachersand students state of existence, analysis the phenomenon of alienation of the teacher-student relationship,explore the underlying causes of the alienation of teacher-student relationship, and puts forward thecountermeasures to improve the teacher-student relationship alienation phenomenon in a certain extent.This paper consists of five parts:Part Ⅰ, the introduction part, explains the research background, the significance of this research,literature review and research methods.Part Ⅱ,the relationship between university teachers and students related basic concepts, interpretationthe existing types of teacher-student relationship, in order to clear the basic concept demands.Part Ⅲ, Investigate the alienated phenomenon of relationship between university teachers and students.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews, collected in the relationship between teachers andstudents from the performance, and the performance of the block sorting analysis, sorting out the mostoutstanding problems and focuses on the analysis.Part Ⅳ, discuss the causes of college students alienation, tap the essence of relationship betweenteachers and students alienation problem behind. Figure out what those factors that emerged from therelationship between university teachers and students from the college enrollment, college students,personality characteristics, teachers’ own problem, for mining different angles of the network informationtechnology development.Part Ⅴ, put forward the countermeasures to improve the relationship between university teachers andstudents alienation. According to the second part for the analysis of the causes, from different angles ofsocial, school, teacher, student, targeted, specific, effective strategies to improve, to provide reference forimprove the teacher-student relationship.
