The arrival of the knowledge-based economy demands that we must cultivate talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. The reform of basic education occurs all over the world over the past few years. At present, the reform of basic education is also in full swing in china, of which relying on the reform of teaching methods to promote education reform becomes a hot spot. It is a worthy research teaching method that teach through the creation of the teaching situation .It consists with the current teaching reform and the present-day requirements of the education . This study focus on the construction of implement of strategy. At first, the study interprets the connotation of situation .Then it analyzes the characteristics of the situation and defines concept of the teaching situation .Next, it sums up the type of teaching contexts, and discuss the influencing factors of the creation of effective teaching context. At last, the thesis makes some strategies of how the effective teaching situation be made from the perspective of teaching approach based on the Constructivist epistemology. The strategies include: demonstration of a model, make the best use of information technology, role playing, unauthorized use of emotional language, using cases, clever strategy for doubt. The implementation of the six strategies needs to be guided on modern teaching theory and psychological theory. I selected a number of typical cases, and contact the class materials of mine so as to combine theory and practice.This paper is an inquiry about how to create an effective teaching situations in order to provide a reference for teachers. It includes not only the author's understanding of teaching situations, but also the practice and the actual operation. The preface introduces the new requirements for the development of education in the era as well as the study causes and significance and literature review. The first part is an explanation to teaching situations which includes the definition of context and characteristics of context, the value of the creation of teaching situation and the type of the creation of teaching situation. The second part is an analysis of the influencing factors of the creation of effective teaching context which contains the teaching context factor itself, the main characters of creation factor and traditional teaching practices. The third part is the basic principles of the creation of teaching context. The fourth part is the effective strategy for the creation of teaching contexts. The final part is the conclusions of the entire paper.
