Along with the sports development, many scholars, experts have made the beneficial exploration and research in the influence of music utilization on the teaching of physical education. In the teaching of physical education, introduces the exquisite music correctly, not only can stimulate student's interest, the active classroom atmosphere, the inspired spirit, enhance the attention, helps the student understanding and the grasping movement, but also may enable the teaching to achieve a more perfect effect. Music is simultaneously advantageous in sets minds at rest, the elimination wearily, restores the physical strength, advantage teaching of physical education basic task completion also.In the article, the literature material law, the survey procedure, the mathematical method of average, the logical analytic method carries on the investigation to music utilization in 6 city 23 middle schools teaching of physical education in the Henan Province. The consequence of the investigation shows: 1. The teaching effect of utilizing music in teaching of physical education is to be obvious. The appropriate music applying may enliven the class's atmosphere; enhance the students' enthusiasm and attention greatly. In the physical education, dubbing in music may raise student's esthetic consciousness, enable the student to have the good emotion experience, thus strengthens student's comprehensive quality. 2. Music utilization frequency is high in the beginning and the ending part of physical education, low in class major component, also in the major component, music utilization frequency is higher in the body-building exercises, the group dance, the basic gymnastics, than in the endurance runs, the ball games project. 3. In using music teaching of physical education, the location, the equipment and the necessary teaching material are lacked. 4. It is popular in students, supported by the leader and affirmed by the sports teachers. 5. Most gym instructor's music accomplishment is spending for enhancement.According to the investigation discovery, the main influence factors to music utilization in the Henan Province city junior middle school teaching of physical education are: lacking teaching material facilities such as location, equipment in majority schools; Lacking trains, the theory instruction and the necessary teaching material with this correlation. In order to promote music utilization in the Henan Province city junior middle school teaching of physical education, the author proposes following countermeasure: 1. Enhances gym instructor's music accomplishment. 2. In the teaching of physical education, pays great attention to raising student's rhythm feeling. 3. Provides the sufficient places and equipments. 4. Composes with it necessary teaching material/textbook. 5. The leaders of education department and the school should be responsible for the work and support music utilization in the teaching of physical education...
