On The Analysis And Countermeasures For Ability-Cultivating Of Postgraduate Students In China

With the development of China's market-oriented economy and the arrival of knowledge economy,the importance of postgraduate education has been concerned.The focus of postgraduate education not only reflects on the need of high-level personnel which there is a tendency of increasing annually,but also makes a reflection on the increase of annual admissions.When it comes to the current status of postgraduate education,there are some quality problems due to the add of quantity,meanwhile,it is widely accepted that the quality focuses on the level of comprehensive ability of postgraduate students.Therefore,it analyzes ability-cultivating of postgraduates and then takes some relevant measures so that there will be more comprehensive ones who are cultivated by the universities according to their own situation.As a result of that,it adapts the development of society which makes the request of high-level personnel as quickly as possible.Based on system theory,pedagogy and some other relevant theories,the purpose of this paper is to make a research on the ability-cultivating of postgraduate students which takes advantage of measures of documentary and questionnaire.First of all,it holds the idea of the elements.Especially,it constructs a system model which could reflect the interaction relations of the elements.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and reasons that exist in the process of ability-cultivating with empirical study.Thirdly,it makes a further analysis on development,characteristics and enlightenments of postgraduate education in America. Last but not the least,on the basis of that,there are suggestions that should propose the countermeasures for ability-cultivating of postgraduates from three levels which are nation,university and postgraduates in China.
