The Study Of Universities' Function Transition And Universities' Management

After the foundation of European Universities in the Middle Age,the universities' functions have been enlarged and extended.From an organization of transmitting knowledge only,it has developed to a complicated organization of transmitting knowledge, developing knowledge and serving the society.The extending of the universities' functions will cause innovations certainly.This article firstly to investigate the historical process of knowledge,and then based on the perspective of knowledge evolutionary,Investigating the University of the function transition and school management history,finally settled on the knowledge economy,studying the Universities management innovation.In the course of study,we adopting the method of systematic analysis,reviewing the composition of the elements and structure,and to determine the relationship between system and environment. After analysis,we know that the higher education system innovation need four elementsknowledge, ideas,organization structure and management system.On this basis,the paper will discusse the higher education management innovation approaches and methods.
