| Modernization is social vicissitude process that humanity evoluting from the traditional society to the modern society since the Industrial Revolution, ,this process seeps to each domain of the society, sports as the important constituent of the social enterprise, how to adapt the modernization step, gradually developed coordinately with the economical and each social enterprise, makes the contribution for the realization modernization, is an extremely urgent topic which we must face.This research utilization literature material law, the expert interview law, the logical analytic method, take the sports modernization advancement strategy of kunshan as the objects of study, take the social sports study, the sports modernization correlation theories as the rationale, according to the index of correlation system of 1998's "Research on Sports Modernization in SuZhou" formulated Suzhou (county) the level sports modernization, analysised the present situation of sports modernization development in kunshan ,which is the Jiangsu's sports modernization experiment site city, and question for the existed problems according to the summary of developing process, then proposed the correlation advancement strategy, hope to speed up the sports modernization in kunshan.The article take economical developed city - - Kunshan as the investigation object, has promoted the reasonable suggestion for the sports modernization development of economical developed area, which have certain theory and the practice significance to impel the economical developed area to realize the sports modernization.Result demonstration: (1) according to the (county) level sports modernization target which formulates from "Suzhou Sports Modernization Research", to the end of 2008 's , in 11 targets, only the increase value proportion of sports industry in occupies GDP unable to calculate, other 10 targets all obtain the concrete value.Among them, 8 targets are higher than the lowest original normal value target, also has two targets to outdo above original normal value 1 time, respectively is: Every ten thousand people have social sports political instructor counts and the average sports location area per person with holds; 2 targets are lower than the original target normal value, respectively is: members of Each kind of sports organizes and the sports population proportion,the proportion of second grade athletes.(2) the city (county) level sports modernization target system normal value which formulated by "Suzhou Sports Modernization Research" has been unable to satisfy the Kunshan;sports modernization development under present situation, the normal value value is a little small. (3) the promoting strategies that implementation sports modernization project in kunshan appears: aggrandizing propaganda about sport modernization,changing the sports consciousness; pefect the sports management system , the legal system to strengthen the sports industry, the modernization of the sports included in the overall plan for development in Kunshan; build a modern sports convenience of the People First system of public services; a well-established training mechanisms, and optimize the race for the lead role in training; to optimize the industrial structure of sports, the establishment of a modern mode of operation of the sports market; solicit of sports talent, and enhance the power of sports research.
