Research On The Development And Solution Of The Sports Industry In Kunshan Under The Perspective Of Aggregation Effect

Economic globalization nowadays has made sports industry one of the most vibrant and promising industries. With the rapid development of society and economy,people are provided with higher income and more leisure time, which gives rise to their sports need and the sports consumption market. Meanwhile, domestic and overseas sports organizations have been making efforts to accelerate the socialization and industrialization of sports. And this has broaden the scale of sports industry and stimulated the development of related ones, which will, in return, upgrade the industrial structure and expand employment. All of these have contributed to making sports industry become a new economic growth point. Similar to most medium-sized cities in China, Kunshan is experiencing the high-paced development of society and economy.As a result, its economic aggregates have been expanding, and the income level and living standard have been improving.Kunshan City, as Chinese hundred counties ranked first, at the same time as the national sports industry base, has its unique advantages and problems of the development of sports industry.This paper researches on the current situation of the sports industry in Kunshan under the perspective of Aggregation Effect and analyzes the factors that influence the development. Then, the author combines the experience gained from other cities with realities in Kunshan. Finally, suggestions and solutions that can promote the development of the sports industry in Kunshan are offered, which can also provide theoretical basis for the local government to set policies.In order to work out the current situation and existing problems of the sports industry in Kunshan, many resources and several research methods are applied in this paper, including documents, interviews, field investigation, comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis. And the results are as follows: 1. The sports industry in Kunshan is now gradually developing and has had a certain scale. It is higher than the average level in the whole nation and has great potentials. But there are still some gaps compared with other national sports industry base.2. Many problems appear in the development: a) There is a lack in the brands of Sports Goods Manufacturing; b) The development of Sports Service is slow and the product quality needs improving; c)The local competitive performance industry lacks the construction of sporting event brands; d) The sports fitness and entertainment industry is in short of favorable policy support and management specialists; e) The ineffective exploitation of sports tourism resources has made it unattractive. 3. There are several practical suggestions: a) To broaden the brands of Sports Goods Manufacturing; b) To strengthen the policy support from the government and cultivate management talents; c) To further exploit sports tourism resources and promote tourism in Kunshan; d) To extend the distribution and publicity of sports lotteries; e) To develop the sports intermediary market.
