Research On Development Strategy Of The Mass Volleyball In Heilongjiang Province In The 21st Century

This paper explored development of the mass volleyball in Heilongjiang province on the background of 21st century,The fundamental objective of the subject is to establish the bridge and the link of connection between National Sports For All Program, Building a Well-off Society, the Scientific Concept of Development,the Harmonious Society, The revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast and development of the mass volleyball in Heilongjiang,And promotion of the sustained, healthy and stable development of the masses volleyball in Heilongjiang in the 21st century.Comprehensive research techniques such as literature, survey method,logical analyzing and mathematical-statistics,The mass volleyball in Heilongjiang Province was chosen as research object to investigate the history evolution,status quo and restricting factors of the mass volleyball in Heilongjiang Province in the 21st century. This paper introduces development backgrounds of the masses volleyball in Heilongjiang in the 21st century and makes a profound analysis necessity and feasibility of on developing the mass volleyball. This paper established development strategy of the mass volleyball in Heilongjiang Province based on the future development planning for Heilongjiang sports and all of the advanced experiences . The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis for expansion of The National Fit-keeping Program and development of the masses volleyball in Heilongjiang.After research,the results showed that:1.The mass volleyball in Heilongjiang has a rich history and a broad mass base.2. The mass volleyball have been held better in most colleges, in some enterprises or institutions, in After-hours clubs and other schools of Heilongjiang,However, it has not well carried out in communities, country and other social group.3. The development of mass volleyball has been adversely affected by leisure time,systems of the competition and tradition in the enterprises and institutions, of Heilongjiang province, However, The development of mass volleyball has been adversely affected by athletic director, development of venues and related facilities, systems of the competition in communities and country of Heilongjiang province.4. The emphases of strategy for developing the mass volleyball as a whole gives priority to personnel training, construction of infrastructural facilities and youth development program for volleyball.
