At the author's teaching practice over the years, I find there are a big stage, at middle school and high school physics teaching, for various reasons. This stage is an objective existence and can not be completely eliminated. it should not be ignored .Some students, because of the existence of this stage, give up studying physics, and even give up the entire high school study. As a middle school physics teacher,we not only achieve the current mission of teaching, but should be responsible for future study of student. We should try to complete the combination of teaching and educating. Teachers should fully understand the objective existence of this stage, try to reduce the impact of the factors that cross-stage and explore the best teaching strategies for students to lay a solid foundation across the stage. This article from the point of view of teaching middle school study of middle school to high school physics teaching convergence problem, I hope this study can play a role in teaching other disciplines. This article is divided into four parts. The first part raises questions. Start with the current status of middle and high school physics teaching, and make clear the essence, principle and significance of the transition. The second part is the objective existence of this stage. Part III analysises the cause of this stage. Part IV is study on middle school to high school physics teaching transition strategy. Focusing on how to effectively promote students to link up the two periods and to improve student's learning evaluation mechanisms in practice. Actual teaching proves that flexible and effective evaluation mechanisms played a significant role.
