| In September 2004, according to the requirement of the new Biology Course standard of senior high school , the experiments started in our province, which became the new start of the senior high school biology education in Zibo city. New Course especially emphasized the importance of experimental teaching. Biology experiment is not only the source of the students'obtaining the perceptual knowledge but also the important ways of training the students'experiment ability, innovation ability and scientific spirit. It plays a vital role in the senior high school biology teaching. It is an important factor that the whole quality of experimental teachers influences experimental quality. But in the past biology experimental teaching,people paid more attention to the teaching in class than the experimental teaching.And the develeping and equipment of the experimental teachers is hardly ignored. But the important part which the experimental teachers play in the experimental teaching was ignored .Therefore, we think studying the present situation of the biology experimental teachers of senior high school and putting forward corresponding counter measures are greatly valuable and instructional . With the perfect gradually of based education, the construct of biology experimental teachers in the senior high school will face more and more tasks.This article draws up a questionnaire on checking cultural heritage and interview. It carries on investigating to present conditions of biology experimental teachers of the senior high school of Zibo city. The main conclusions of this article are:(1)Most experimental teachers are not familiar with them.(2)The experimental teachers are not active in working in laboratory.(3)Not the management for the experimental teachers from the school leaders is in effect:â‘ The environment of the experimental teachers'progress is in bad conditionâ‘¡The evaluation mechanism is not reasonable to the experimental teachers ,so they couldn't take an active part in working.(4)The professional quality of biology experimental teachers should be improved. On the base of analyzing the present situation about experimental teachers construct, this article puts forward five corresponding counter measures:(1)Improve their idieas about the importance of developing the group of biology experimental teachers.(2)we should enlarge the group of experimental teachers and strenthen their training and improve their quality (3)We should treat the experimental teachers fairly and make the group of them stable. (4)We should evaluate experimental teachers'work fairly,and then promote their enthusiasm of biology experimental teachers.(5)The experimental teachers should develop their quality and improve their ideas about the work of experimental teaching and let them be interested in it.It investigates and analyzes the present situation of biology experimental teachers of senior high school of Zibo city carefully and deeply.Therefore, the study has directive significance to develop the biology experimental teaching and construct the experimental teachers of senior high school of other areas . |
