Actuality And Countermeasure Research On The Obtaining Employment Of Beijing Sport University Undergraduates

Students who graduate from colleges and universities are increasing rapidly in the recent years and their opportunity of obtaining employment is more difficult day by day.This problem has been paid more attention to by whole society.Obtaining employment pressure in our whole society is also correspondingly increasing.Therefore, the same problem of students graduating from sport colleges and universities is more and more serious in this situation.Firstly,this paper following the way of demonstration study analyzes the investigation results by investigating students who graduates from Beijing Sport University in 2005 with questionnaire,including their obtaining employment behavior, intent,guidance and so on.And then in this base,it further analyzes factors,which influence Beijing Sport University undergraduates' obtaining employment from many aspects of social environment,employing persons unit,school,family,graduate,etc.This research makes conclusions in the following:1.Facing the austere obtaining employment situation,that undergraduates from Beijing Sport University find jobs are not optimistic increasingly.2.Obtaining employment,which involves society,employing persons unit,school, family and individual,is a complex systems engineering.So many factors influence undergraduates' obtaining employment:1)Higher education in a popular style results in the number of Beijing Sport University undergraduates,which is rising sharply."Mutual selection,self-determination selection" and not enough fluent obtaining employment channel prick up the trend which finding a job is hard very much,but the successful application of holding Olympics in Beijing will put a positive role for beijing sport university students' obtaining employment.2) Office,national enterprise and higher school,the ability of absorbing undergraduates of these traditional employing persons units is dropping.But many sport enterprises and national West policy offer new opportunities.3)That school specialty setting is too thin and teaching content fails to keep up with social development and guidance work drops behind influence their finding jobs.4) That parents expect their student finds a steady and a high return job influence their obtaining jobs.5) Localization of culture diathesis,concept of selecting jobs and some ill mental phenomena put negative roles.3.Basic considerations on promoting Beijing Sport University students' obtaining employment from aspects of society,school and individual.1)Government should quicken the system of employ person's reform,boost administrative units good course mechanism,and strengthen the construction of the law and statute of students' obtaining employment,encourage and sustain them carve out independently.Synchronously, government should get rid of the restrict of registered permanent residence and record system in order to advance students' finding jobs.2)School should quicken specialty configuration and curriculum reform,consummate obtaining employment guidance, pioneer new obtaining employment space actively and promote students find jobs.3) Undergraduates should improve their politics diathesis,knowledge configuration, mentality diathesis and their ability of obtaining employment.
