Curriculum resources are a new round of national basic education curriculum reform put forward an important concept.At present,this field of research,yet the rise of the near future,especially in rural schools to develop curriculum resources for the use of PE research,are not much more.For the vast majority of rural schools in our country conditions simple and basic bad this situation,through teaching a pilot study to explore rural PE curriculum resource.In this paper,literature,interview survey,a questionnaire survey and action research approach to teaching the experimental case the operation of rural schools-rural primary and middle schools in Hunan Mayang Huaihua for PE curriculum resource development and utilization of research.Research results show that:rural primary and secondary school curriculum of physical education and health resources for the low level of performance at:1)human resources PE:PE teachers overall low academic qualifications,job title structure is irrational,a small number of teachers of high title,the average age of teachers is low,imbalance in the ratio of male and female teachers,female teachers in low quantity;2) Sports facilities resources:Sport poor infrastructure,can not meet the requirements of teaching and training,time arid venue are not guaranteed; Although very rich natural and geographical resources,but the Sports School curriculum development and utilization of natural and geographical resources were grossly inadequate;3)the content of PE curriculum resources:is still based on traditional content-based sports projects,at local sports resource development projects,the total amount less the ability of the lack of development,development of practical value has not been recognized,the development of a lack of places characteristics,the lack of systematic and coherent,extra-curricular, extra-mural courses,the contents of a single resource.This study of local sports in the rural schools,"the introduction of screening—transform integration"development model and by point to the face,the effective interaction,lace development,the operation of the promotion of spiral mechanism,there is help fill the existing rural sports teaching contents and conditions of inadequate help more rural schools in the running mode, combined with its own local characteristics of the PE curriculum development and utilization,in order to attract the broad masses of rural schools more many students to actively take part in sports activities to help students get more physical education and health knowledge and skills.To promote student's health and personality development services diversification.In this paper,the final recommendations:the development and utilization of positive resources Local Sports Sports are rural primary and middle schools improve the quality of education one of the effective ways, but also improve the quality of teaching in rural primary and secondary PE an important measure;to deepen rural reform in primary and secondary schools PE curriculum should introduce more local sports into the rural primary and secondary schools,the local sports community with a combination of RE;Sport set up local resource base;increase the local sports propaganda,and actively create a campus culture Sport;set up a professional teacher training mechanisms;exert Local Sport resources should have the advantage,reflecting the flexibility of the rural spprts and local characteristics.At the same time pointed out that the local sports development and utilization of resources to rural primary and middle schools should be the target PE,the students the characteristics of physical and mental development,the objective is based on teaching conditions;embodiment Spprts Local sports skills and cultural knowledge transmission,the capacity of local sports,feelings and values and cultivate good mental cultivate quality.
