Local curriculum resources development will improve the situation that theresources relative shortage in the rural areas compared with urban But thedevelopment of the state that our country elementary education curriculum reform inrural areas at present is still in the need to improve, at the same time developing localcurriculum resources also has many problems. Therefore this article attempts toexplore the western rural primary school in our province about rural course resourcesdevelopment present situation and discover the existing problems and analyze thereason of its formation by the case school interview survey, methods of literature,theoretical analysis. And grasp the current rural elementary school in rural courseresources development condition. Finally put forward some methods and suggestionsfor the rural primary school to develop local curriculum resources. Based on thedescription of the above conditions, the author divides the writing of this paper intothe following four parts:The first part is the introduction. Introduce the selected topic reason, thesignificance of this paper and several core concepts of that the article is defined;Combine with previous research, make clear the premise and methods used by theresearch and previous research deficiencies.The second part, on the basis of former related research literature, combine with theidea of this thesis research, explore and induce the basis of the rural elementaryschool local curriculum resources development, summarize the principle of thedevelopment. Try to explain the thesis of the rural primary school of local curriculumresources development, give the corresponding theoretical support for the research.The third part, the main body of the article. Mainly does a detailed investigationabout local curriculum resources development condition in western Liaoning provinceF town central primary school, which is the main key part of this study. Based on theinterview survey of F town central primary school, get the result of the interview data.According to survey of rural local curriculum resources development consciousness,deeply analyze some problems that is weak consciousness, the way of single, lack of development ability, development value to obtain general acceptance, and the nationalcultural heritage as a case, and provide important data sources for subsequentresearch.The fourth part,put forward relevant suggestions for the local curriculumresources development of rural elementary school. Main try to enhance theconsciousness of local curriculum resource development, improve the developmentability; Make full use of regional advantages to develop rural local curriculumresources; Create local ethnic characteristics of campus culture atmosphere; Establishschools of local curriculum resources development and protection system and so on.
