This article, which takes the southern Fujian as the research object, is from thedevelopment of the curriculum resources, through the classification of the culture in thesouthern Fujian and the combination with the current situation of local curriculumdevelopment; try to carry out the curriculum resources in theory and set up a relativereasonable model of local curriculum in the compulsory education stage. This paper is madeof six parts:The first part is the preface; mainly include the problems and the definition of relatedconcepts, as well as the purpose, significance and methods of the research.The second part is the analysis of the current situation on the compulsory educationstage of local curriculum resources. This part mainly introduces the teaching materials of thesouthern region developed in the compulsory education stage in recent years, and thenanalyses the content in detail.The third part is the research on the developmental value of local curriculum resourcesin the stage of compulsory education in southern Fujian. This part mainly discuss the researchvalue, through the acquaintance to the policies of local curriculum and culture ecologicalprotection,combing with the local curriculum value orientation, elaborated the educationalfunctions of the southern Fujian culture and the developmental value.The fourth part is the local curriculum resources development in the compulsoryeducation stage in southern Fujian. This part is the key part of this paper, which based on thelocal curriculum target and combined with the policy of the development of the localcurriculum resources, divided the content of it into eleven special topics.Part five is the visualization of the formation of local curriculum in the compulsoryeducation stage. It formed the visualization of the formation of local curriculum and gavesome advice on the implemental process of the teaching and evaluation.Part six is the ending. This part summarized the research in general and elaborated theresearch value and shortcomings as well as the follow-up studies of related aspects.
