The Political Demands Of Opulent Peasant Workers In The Process Of Urban Inclusion

Flow of migrant workers has occurred within the second division,different levels of migrant workers are facing the problem of the urgent need to address different requirements of urban integration is also different.Well-off migrant workers type their own identity,social status and their owners have not been able to match the economic strength of its social and political life are subject to different constraints,the interests of the resulting requirements and achieve the realization of the contradiction between means.Their political demands of a growing strongly,there is an urgent request to be with them to match the economic status of political power and social status.This study collects materials through questionnaire survey and in-dept interview.Based on the relevant theories of social stratification,social stratification standard and political stratification,it aims to examine the political demands of opulent peasant workers in the process of urban inclusion.The first part includes the study background,the document material hackle and the literature review.And the significance and innovation of the study are also indicated in this part.The second part expounds the theoretical perspective and the conceptualization.In addition,the research method of this study is also mentioned.The third part is the analysis of study results,including three part.First,the imortant characteristics of opulent peasant workers,mainly with the individual household,labour contractor and specialized technical personnel,the long duration of entering city and mostly mobility with family.The relatively high income and comparative wealth family.Second, It is illustrated that the analysis of study results show that The political demands of opulent peasant workers is composed of electoral participation factor,protect right and struggle factor,and interest expression factor.As well,A descriptive analysis is conducted for The political demands of opulent peasant workers i this part.Third,the state of the peasant workers' urban inclusion has significant influence on their political demands,in which the duration of entering city, degree of participate in organization,class consciousness, development status of cause in city have more influence.The last part includes the conclusion and discussion of this study.After the analysis of study results,make a summary and obtained basic conclusion,supply some suggestions based on the basic conclusion.
