A Study On Vocational Education's Service For Rural Culture Construction

How to construct the new rural culture is one of the most conspicuous focuses in the 11th "Five—year Project". The farmers' comprehensive qualities have to be promoted in order to construct the new rural culture. To achieve this task, we should depend mainly on vocational education and cultivate the subject of the rural culture construction modern farmers , combining the basic education , vocational education and adult education together reasonably. But at present the majority of farmers in our country are traditional, not modern . This is why we are urged to strengthen the study on vocational education's service for the cultivation of modern farmers.In this article , I use the literature, interview together with observation to investigate and analyze the rural culture and vocational education institutes and school, trying to reveal the present situation of rural culture's construction and analyze the causes of problems. At last , I make some suggestions about cultivating modern farmers . Here is the structure of the article .In the 1st chapter , I make an inquiry into the theoretical foundation of this article. The 2nd chapter is about the mutual relationship between rural culture and vocational education. Rural culture influences vocational education on people's values and some contents of vocational education . Vocational education's reactions on rural culture lie in the transmission , propagation , selection and reformation of rural culture. In the 3rd chapter, I expound the problems about vocational education's service for rural culture construction and analyze the reasons for the existing problems. In the last chapter, based on the analysis of the investigation, I put forward concrete suggestions on how to cultivate modern farmers by the channel of vocational education, which benefits from the government financial help and supporting policy.With the increasing attention to both rural culture and vocational education , we can anticipate that a brand—new era of rural culture and vocational education will come soon.
