| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that China should accelerate the construction of an agricultural power,which cannot be separated from the support of farmers’ education.The construction of an agricultural power is closely related to the development of farmers’ vocational education,so the development of farmers’ vocational education is urgent.The project analyzed the current development status of rural vocational education.First of all,based on the collection and review of the ideological achievements of socialist vocational education with Chinese characteristics,the classical Marxism on the connotation of vocational education and the sinicized Marxism on vocational education,this paper lays a theoretical foundation,mainly analyzes and distinguishes the concepts of farmers’ vocational education,vocational education and other proper noun;Secondly,a detailed analysis and study of the existing farmer vocational education was conducted to understand its relevant policy support and educational background,and to summarize the existing achievements of farmer vocational education.On the basis of the above work,further identify the current problems in farmers’ vocational education,mainly in four aspects,and analyze the reasons: due to the transformation of China’s economy and the lagging development of targeted policies,the farmers’ vocational education system is not perfect;The insufficient supply of vocational education for farmers in China is mainly reflected in the single source of education funds,insufficient professionalism and stability of the teaching staff;Due to the lack of "credibility" in third-party evaluation mechanisms for farmers’ vocational education,and the lack of a sound evaluation mechanism by the government,the quality evaluation mechanism for farmers’ vocational education is not comprehensive;Some people’s understanding of vocational education still remains in the traditional ideological concepts of the past,coupled with the lack of clear functional division and positioning of rural vocational education itself,resulting in the problem of unclear functional positioning of rural vocational education.Based on some existing problems in rural vocational education,several suggestions are proposed: firstly,consolidate top-level design,improve institutional construction,on the one hand,strengthen legislative construction,optimize relevant systems for rural vocational education management,and on the other hand,promote the current system and optimize the institutional system;The second is to improve resource construction and provide resource guarantee,such as valuing teaching staff,strengthening team building,increasing economic investment,and establishing a multi-channel financing system;The third point is to strengthen quality monitoring and improve evaluation mechanisms.On the one hand,we need to build a reasonable third-party evaluation system,and on the other hand,we need to adhere to government leadership and increase cultivation and supervision;Finally,it is to serve the integration of regional economy and promote vocational education for farmers,such as deepening school enterprise cooperation,cultivating practical talents for rural revitalization,and strengthening the integration of industry and education.Based on the actual situation in China,in order to further maximize the benefits of rural vocational education for social services,the project not only extracted and referenced the experience of vocational education in domestic provinces,but also comprehensively considered the requirements of rural revitalization strategy and actual economic development status.Finally,a plan was proposed to vigorously build a talent team and enhance educational capabilities,promoting the long-term and sustainable development of rural vocational education. |
