The characteristic of tolerance education of Normal School student means the characteristic of tolerance of Normal School Students reflects in educational field,the intending response of tolerance education,constituted by tolerance education of subjective awareness,emotional experience and tendency of action,contributing to the implementation of tolerance education.The tolerance education has been the necessary vocational quality according to the reform of new course currently. It is important to foster the tolerance characteristic for teachers.Accordingly,it illustrates how to develop the tolerance characteristic for Normal School Students in this paper.It has theoretic and practical study with literature,questionnaires and interviews in order to develop the tolerance characteristic of Normal School Students for their future teaching quality.Firstly,considering the basic theory,based on the necessity of the characteristic,it combines the Normal School Students and the tolerance education to talk about the concept and basic structure and characteristic of the characteristic of tolerance education for Normal School Students.Secondly,for the study on current situation,it conducts the general study about the tolerance characteristic based on its fundamental structure.Based on its study results,the higher of the acknowledgement of the general tolerance education of Normal School Students means the more obvious of its action but fewer of its emotion.The lack of objectives,teaching of tolerance and individual contains result the deviation of the characteristic of tolerance education of Normal School Students.Thirdly,we carried out comparative study of difference.For it different compares with different majors,the arts and science have no big difference concerning about the acknowledgement,its emotion and action,which caused by the same education environment,quality education and student's broaden horizons.On the standard of knowing education or not,there is a big difference for actions of Normal School Students but no obvious difference on its emotion.This is determined by the emphasis of educating and knowledge and neglection of emotion and inspiring.Based on the standard whether they're trained,there is a significant difference for the emotion as well as the action,which closed to the education practice in the formation of quality and emphasis on teaching practice.Last but not the least,based on the basic theory and real study of current situation for the characteristic of tolerance education of Normal School Students;it gives the strategy about developing the characteristic including the basis of development.It is essential to establish a goal and create an environment for it.And it is important way to implement tolerant class teaching and to strengthen the study and practice of education.The specific way is to have examples of tolerance education,role-experiencing,discerning,narrating and self-developing of tolerance education.
