We have been studying knowledge for years in view of epistemology of philosophy and cognition psychology but pedagogic,which makes knowledge as an object that is outside of human beings and man is not beneficial to knowledge.Personal knowledge is the standing point that we understand the educational knowledge.It is also the way by which we can find the solution to focus problem about knowledge teaching and expound the richness when knowledge encounters human beings.The dissertation consists of three chapters.Chapter 1 comments why we choose personal knowledge as the standing point that we understand the knowledge in the field of education,and analyses its significance and method.Chapter 2 discusses the meaning of personal knowledge,expounds its existence styles in the forms of sign,logic and meaning.It also concentrates on the characters of personal knowledge,based on which,the developing value of personal knowledge is analyzed.Chapter 3 analyzes the conditions on which personal knowledge in educational field is created and the teaching meaning personal knowledge endowed with.
