With the promotion of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching mode has not adapted to the reform of current trends any more.Therefore, under the guidance of the theory, educational workers explore a new teaching mode which is called Guiding Case through the practice. This teaching mode made the principal part of students stressed in the process of teaching. It focusing on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability, cooperation ability and exploration and innovation ability that make students ready to learn something reduce the academic burden. Guiding Case in accord with the requirements of new curriculum reform and principle, which is a kind of real high efficiency and low consumption mode of teaching. This paper is combined with the discipline of primary school mathematics which choosing H primary school in Qiqihar city as the research object, using many kinds of methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, case analysis investigating and researching at the application in mathematics teaching in primary school of Guiding Case and put forward the feasible strategies to improve the efficiency of the application of this teaching mode.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction that talks about the raising of the question and research purpose and meaning, review of research status at home and abroad, the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of the research ideas and methods and theoretical basis research. The second part is the application of guiding, including implementation of the rationality of the basis, on the basis of this paper implement principle and the main part of learning case, through the survey method introduces application of guiding cases, and summarized the influence factors of its application and paid attention to the problems. The third part talks about summary and matters to be paid attention to problems of primary mathematics Guiding Case that in order to help teachers draw up Guiding Case better. The fifth part talks about some strategies’ proposing of Guiding Case which aiming at application in primary school of mathematics teaching. These strategies including the strengthen of teachers’ own learning the strengthen of rationality of distribution and organization of team collaborative study, Guiding Case’s modification and improvement in time after class and strengthen cooperation and exchanges among teachers in order to pave the way for long teaching of Guiding Case.
