Making a special training,as well as evaluating the athlete's bodily function, the psychological and the technical conditions are the most important tasks in the pre-competition training, these measures would enable the athletes to enter the competition by the good athletic state. There are many researches about the pre-competition training in our country, such as the study of the pre-competitive training cycle, the study of the load characteristics in the pre-competition training, the study of biochemistry characters and function assessment in the pre-competition training and so on.But right now, there are still lack of research results in some fields, such as the study of basic laws and the basic pattern of elite routine athletes' load and intensity change in the pre-competition training;the study of scientific and practical indicators in physics, biochemistry and psychology, these indicators are contained in the pre-competition training volume and intensity,to regulate the indicators could control the competitive status of athletes;the study of the characteristics and laws in monitoring the training load and intensity in pre-competition training by the outstanding trainer. In this paper, the author monitored 14 athletes' 8 weeks training before the competition in a province from three stratification planes, those are the physiological biochemical monitoring, the psychological monitoring and the athlete self-monitoring. Through a questionnaire survey, the author research the outstanding trainers experientially monitor the pre-competition training. Here are the results:Firstly,if we could unify the physiological biochemical monitoring, the psychological monitoring and the athlete self-monitoring,as well as unify the trainers, scientific researchers and athletes, there are some positive senses to control the athletes' pre-competition condition scientifically.Secondly, the Changquan events in Wushu routine is a non-oxygen metabolism's sugar zymolysis energy-providing event;the Taiji events is an oxygen metabolism's sugar zymolysis and sugar oxidation energy-providing.But the blood lactate test results in the competition show that the athletes in the Taiji events have the characteristics of non-oxygen metabolism energy-providing both in training and competition.Thirdly, the characteristic of Wushu routine athletes' training quantity in the pre-competition training is that the pre-competitive training cycle by 3 or 4 weeks primarily, each class should be 2 to 2.5 hours. The characteristics of training intensity in the pre-competition training are that stressing the whole set practice and the difficulty technology practice;stressing the success ratio of the whole set practice; stressing the bodily exercise. The last simulation examination should be 1.5 or 2 weeks before the competition.Fourthly, the main means of monitoring the quantity and intensity of the pre-competition training by the trainers is that according to the indicators of physics and biochemistry, the athlete mental outlook, their self-statement and the training results to synthetically monitor.
