Research purposes: Use the three indicators of TRIMP,heart rate interval distribution and fatigue recovery index in the Firstbeat Sports training monitoring system to monitor the exercise load and fatigue recovery of 13 athletes during the training period,and explore the National Women's Basketball Team during the 2019 training period The changing characteristics of the training load at different stages and the dynamic changes of the fatigue recovery index under different loads help to prevent over-training,reduce the risk of sports-related injuries and illnesses,and help athletes to accurately understand their personal training situation and body Status,prevent over-training;analyze the load characteristics of different technical training content in basketball projects;and explore the size of the load under different game formats,understand the difference in training load and intensity between training and competition,and when different athletes perform the same training plan The individual differences provide a certain theoretical basis and data reference for coaches to formulate scientific training plans.Research methods: In this paper,13 athletes of the National Women's Basketball Team preparing for the 2019 Asian Cup are used as subjects.The literature method,measurement method,survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are used.And fatigue recovery index as the main indicator system,real-time monitoring of the training load and fatigue recovery of the team athletes,collecting Excel input,summarizing the data and using SPSS19.0 to analyze and analyze the data.Research conclusions:(1)The TRIMP index in the Firstbeat Sports training monitoring system can reflect the load changes in basketball training and competition to a certain extent,and the fatigue recovery index can provide a reference for preventing overtraining.(2)The change in training load during the training period is consistent with the training plan set by the coach.The fatigue recovery index showed a downward trend in the third stage,but it was better adjusted later.(3)Through the comparison of the training load and intensity of different training contents,it is found that the load per minute is arranged from large to small,in order:5v5> intensity shot> 1v1> 3v3> position technology;in terms of load intensity The biggest is intensity shots,followed by 5v5.(4)By comparing the training load and intensity of the teaching competition and the warm-up competition,it is found that the training load of the teaching competition can meet the load demand of the formal competition,but the ultimatestrength cannot meet the competition requirements.(5)The distribution of the training load and training intensity of the players in different positions of the division in the training and competition is more consistent,all of them are forward> defender> center,which shows that the arrangement of their training content can meet the needs of the position characteristics of the game.There are obvious individual differences in training load and intensity when the players in the same position execute the same training plan.
