As a coastal open city, Wenzhou City has attracted a large number of rural famers'migration into the city for work or business. In recent years, there even appears the phenomenon that they migrate into Wenzhou with the whole families. The Educational Problem of the migrant workers'children has aroused great concern from the men of insight in Wenzhou. They call for the local government to seriously implement the policy that all the measures should be mainly referred into the ones taken by the government the workers floating into and based on the public Whole-day Primary and Secondary Schools in cities so as to fully solve the problem which the children of the migrant workers have in their compulsory education. The departments in charge of education in Wenzhou government have made great efforts in this. Among them, the Jiushan Middle School has firstly set up a school for the children of the migrant workers with some desirable achievements and has appeared as a typically representative in all the schools under the direct control of Wenzhou Educational Department.This article contains four parts. First, it mainly introduces the background, issues as well as the theoretical and practical values. Second, after the analysis and integration of the related existing data and documents for the research, it summarizes the practice and exploration of the reception of migrant workers'children for education in Jiushan School which lies in the aspects of the school running mode, the enrolling process, the professional faculty force, the teaching facilities and so on. Third, it analyzes the deficiencies and its causes in the practice and exploration of the reception of migrant workers'children for education in Jiushan School. It mainly contains the factors such as the recognition of the administrators, the weakness of the management, and the influence of the social environment. Fourth, it gives suggestions and measures to further enlarge the reception of migrant workers'children for an education by the public middle schools in Wenzhou. It elaborates on how to innovate the administrative systems for the reception of migrant workers'children, further improve the conditions in all the aspects for the public middle schools and form the long-term mechanism of guaranteeing the rights of migrant workers'children to fairly obtain a compulsory education.
