With the reform and opening a large number of migrant workers pouring into cities, and gradually moved into a home by an individual to migrate. Because China's urban-rural dual structure and the household registration system limits the education of children of migrant workers Suiqian issue highlights a gradual rise of the government, society, academics and the media attention. To protect the migrant workers the right of children to receive compulsory education, the central and local governments have promulgated a series of relevant policies and regulations. Currently, children of migrant workers Suiqian (hereinafter referred to as'Suiqian children') the situation of compulsory education has been improved. However, with the compulsory education stage Suiqian children grew older, their post-secondary education, a vast number of children of migrant workers and their Suiqian problems to be solved and relates to the city's sustainable development and social stability.
