In accordance with the "full-time compulsory education standards on Chinese courses (experimental version)", this passage mainly focuses on the issue of oral intercommunication teaching on Chinese in junior school on in all dimensions. It also conducts a comprehensive perspectives on the current situation by reviewing the history of the oral intercommunication teaching in China and concerning foreign countries' teaching method from which we can conclude that the situation is pessimistic , for the absence of standard and independent system for theory study , and text book to back the oral intercommunication specialized training. Still the pitfalls existing in the oral intercommunication teaching, the alarming overall level of oral intercommunication abilities of the students and the misleading of examination worsen the situation. By making further analysis of the problem on the factors of cultural tradition, education, physiology, psychology and environment, the passage puts forward the implementation of oral communication teaching strategy involving three aspects, the update of teaching concept, the innovation of teaching material writing and breakthrough of traditional class teaching, namely, the renovation of the concept of the leadership and teachers; the country's compilation of independent and standard materials for specialized training and the teachers' compilation of the school-based individual training materials for oral intercommunication; the integration of new resources for oral intercommunication both in and out of class, the exploration of new ways and application of new tools for oral intercommunication teaching. Finally the passage conceives the prospects on the evaluation of oral intercommunication teaching: the promotion of the daily-based, situational and relevant to life oral intercommunication teaching, the improvement of details of oral intercommunication assessment, the establishment of index system and a scientific system for oral intercommunication evaluation and the realization of school-based evaluation of oral intercommunication. The purpose of the passage is to throw out a minnow to catch a whale, hopes to explore a new way for the reform of spoken Chinese teaching practice in junior school.
