This study deals with the problems and countermeasures of General Practice Activity in primary school-based curriculum management in Changchun. The involving methods include survey and case law analysis.Part One expounded the theory of basic research; Part Two provides a specific analysis of the problems that exist in General Practice Activity of primary schools in Changchun, Taking three representative schools in the urban area of Changchun as the samples, with a total of 100 questionnaires about General Practice Activity in primary tracking observation for nearly three years; The third part gives a specific analysis of the causes of the problems in the primary school-based management of General Practice Activity in Changchun; the fourth part provides strategies on school-based management to support General Practice Activity in primary schools in Changchun.Survey and follow-up observations showed that General Practice Activity management in primary schools in Changchun has a lot of space, especially for teachers, curriculum training and practice aspect should be increased in management. In Changchun City, the researchers investigate that the three different levels of school teachers'awareness in General Practice Activity Curriculum are as follows: 60.2 percent of provincial schools; municipal schools 26.3%; 20.71% District School class. Among them, the General Practice curriculum implementation of the activity as follows: 70 percent of provincial schools; municipal School 6%; District School class of 3%.Analysis shows that in primary schools in Changchun City, the awareness of the General Practice Activity Curriculum is generally low, with a mean of 35.74%; And the implementation rate is even lower, with a mean of 26.33%.Researchers think that even though the new curriculum has been carried out for 8 years, the curriculum has not really involved into the school and the vision of teachers. It has not really been accepted by teachers. In school-based management level of General Practice Activity, there are still many problems. For such a status quo, this article seeks to card major problems and provides practical management strategies in General Practice Activity, and to promote the General Practice Activity in primary schools of Changchun being effectively implemented.
