For decades,the teaching m ethod has been used in basketball teaching: teacher demonstration,students practice,Teacher correction guidance,teaching method is single and did not reach the m ost ideal,this research atte mpts to innovate teaching m ethods,enrich the content of teaching methods,try to use asynchronous teaching of students in class,after class with the help of the fi fth media guide st udents to study by them selves.Students of the university non-professional stude nts know basketball in dif ferent degree of m astering techniques,so it is m ore reasonable to divi de the students into dif ferent groups and under different target practice.In the teaching pro cess,the asynchronous teaching m ethod aims at achieving students' individuality and aims at making students occupy the main position in the learning process.The asynchronous teach ing method is conducted asyn chronously with the teaching instruction of the teacher,the teacher pl ays the role of the inst ructor in the student learning process;The asynchronous teach ing method makes the teaching processing,so that the students participating in the study experien ce the process of production and developm ent of motor skills.Asynchronous teaching method has the advantage of asynchronous under the guidance of teachers;teachers of students are divided into different levels according to their learning groups,teachers in the process of students' learning guide for students of dif ferent learning process respectively.Basketball belongs to skills class project for high technical requirements,and learning is a process of progressive technology,if ther e is no con tinuity,it will im pact basketball technology study,there is only one PE lesson every week in colleges,time interval is too long,the number of learn is too little,so the best way is to use their spare time.This paper makes an in-depth study on the application o f asynchronous teaching method based on the fifth m edia in the teaching of college basketball through the methods of literature,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn from the teaching practice:1 In this research asynchronous teaching method takes advantag e of "self-learning,inspiration,review,homework,error correction and summary",the six-step learning method effectively improve the independence of student learning;In the course of teaching,the fifth media is used to assist in the study of basketball technology,effectively improve the ability of students to analyze technical action to improve the efficiency of student learning,so that make skills communication more sm ooth between teachers and students & students and students2 After the experim ent,the physical quality of the students in the experimental group increased,and the statistical analysis of the experimental class and the control class did not show significant dif ference in the grow th of physical fitness index(P > 0.05),The fifth media-assisted asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching methods are the sam e for improving students' physical quality.3 Experimental results show that in the positioning of shooting,Changing to the layup,these two technical standards and technical aspects o f the experimental class were significantly better than the control class.This fully shows that the u se of the f ifth media based on the asynchronous teaching m ethod of tennis technology teaching is feasible.The fifth media of the class is a good teaching aid tool,which makes it easier for stu dents to analyze their own technical movements under the class,and it is also convenient for teachers to supervise the completion of assignments under the students' class.4 The interest and cooperation consciousness of the students in the course of learning basketball have been increased with the extension of the course of the course,and there is no significant difference between the learning intere st and cooperative consciousness in the 1-6 weeks of the experim ental class and the com parison class(P> 0.05),After six weeks of experimental classes of stude nts learning interest and cooperation consciousness growth significantly higher than that in con trol class,and its value has significant difference(P < 0.05),that the fifth m edia auxiliary asynchronous teaching in training students' interest and cooperation consciousness is superior to traditional teaching methods.
