With the promotion of various types of educational reform, the system of education management has undergone tremendous changes. It changes gradually from a single, controlled by the management system into a pluralistic, democratic management system. Of course, this change also reaches into the field of kindergarten management. Reform of the distribution system, personnel system and school system are challenging the previous empirical management in kindergarten. The management theories, such as People-oriented Management Theory, Motives and Needs Theory, Organizational Culture Theory, are gradually being applied to the field of kindergarten management. Especially the theory of "people-oriented", it has been a strong proponent of management in kindergarten and plays a great role in the reform of kindergarten management.Kindergarten teacher management is the key content of kindergarten management. It is inseparable between the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and effective management. The promulgation of "Kindergarten Education guidelines (for Trial Implementation)" makes a higher level of requirements on the quality of teachers, so all the kindergartens take different measures to adapt to such a request; however, many problems exist in management of kindergarten teachers in the current, and they seriously restrict the effective implementation. The reform of kindergarten teacher management has become a serious problem.Through the analysis of teacher management in A Kindergarten and some relevant literature, this article mainly study from three aspects of teacher management-the appointment of management, incentive management and evaluation of management research. The body is divided into two parts:Part one is the cases analysis, analyze the actual situation and problems of teacher management in A Kindergarten from the employment of management, incentive management and evaluation management three aspects.Part two proposes management strategies in teacher management based on the analysis of current situation and problems in A Kindergarten. Throughout the strategy of "people-oriented" concept, including the rigid-flexible combination of modern management employ strategies to promote incentive-based teacher development strategies, and so as to generally raise the quality of teachers in pursuit of the evaluation strategy.
