Research On The Conventional Management Status In Kindergarten Classes And Improvement Strategies

The class is the core unit of the kindergarten.Children live and study in class every day,developing their daily behavior habits there.Activities organized by teachers are conducted in the class.When the same teacher goes to different classes on public class,they find that some of them as a whole carry out activities with children having a good order,some of them are out of order and clamorous.There must be some reasons.Therefore,the author,as a director of teaching and research group,using the method of observation and investigation,made an observation analysis in ten classes of the kindergarten in Changsha and had thirty-six teachers as investigation object,and found that the conventional management strategy of different classes to the influence of children is not the same.Surveys indicate that the problems existing in the routine management of kindergartens are as follows:unclear division of responsibilities of teachers in the routine management,undemocratic management,and families differ from education in kindergarten.The main causes of these problems are task assignment,teachers' restrictions on children's behavior,and parents' inconsistent cultivation of children's good habits.Therefore,to do a good job in routine management of kindergarten classes,we need to implement the following strategies:To create a multi-management environment;Improve the conventional management methods;Positively guide children's behavior;Teachers and students make rules together;Set a standard by example;Homestead coeducation strengthens synergy.The routine management is the premise of providing good life and learning for children,which is of great significance to the harmonious development of children's body and mind.Through good management strategy,teachers' management efficiency can be improved,children's quality of life can be improved,and children's physical and mental health will have a harmonious development.
