Middle school English teachers are the main force of the current reform of basic education. The teachers professional development directly affect the situation in our country. the effectiveness of basic education reform, concern about their professional development, professional development with new ideas and measures to improve their professional development.Approaches and quality are the direct objective of this study. This paper studies curriculum in the new round of background, the professional development of middle school English teachers as well as promote its growth and development of an effective way. Although the theory of learning organization have in the field of management science, but its members and organizations to promote the common development of people-oriented, studying philosophy, and contemporary philosophy coincides with the professional development of teachers.
