Since a long time,the ideological and moral discipline of teaching and other intellectual disciplines,the classroom and on the concept of knowledge as the main way of teaching,there is no political subjects demonstrate the main functions of the implementation of moral education.Students "learn but don't believe,know but don't act".The reform of classroom teaching,teaching experience to advocate for students to experience and insights in the acquisition of one of the ways to be effective.Teaching experience is "the process of teaching and learning activities that students experience the process of life" as the value of the implementation of curriculum-oriented teaching methods,students are to achieve an ideal quality of the development of teaching methods.In recent years,with curriculum reforms,gradually teaching experience the majority of research workers in educational theory and respected,recognized by the practice of the operator.Nevertheless,in reality the practice field,although teaching experience at the teaching of certain subjects must have achieved results,but in the ideological and moral application of teaching experience in teaching research and practice also does not sophisticated,the lack of theory and methods of guidance,lack of practical experience.Moral lesson at the thought of how effectively the application of experiential teaching methods? What kind of specific requests? These are the questions arising in practice,which made it difficult to question the theory to find the answer there.As a ideological and moral teacher grew up with curriculum reform,it is necessary from their own,the combination of their own to participate in the new curriculum reform experience to do some research for this purpose.In this article,the theoretical research and empirical research method of combining, ideological and moral lessons from the nature of the subject,the main functions of a good idea with the students the links between character formation,the summary of the application through research and experience teaching students a good idea to promote the formation of character and internalization of the methods,and teaching experience on various aspects of the request,so as to promote ideological and moral reform of teaching methods,and hoped that this will be able to find a moral education to make students more time thinking,and effective teaching methods.
