The word is witnessing tremendous changes in recent years. Education has to be Advanced with time and the pace of industry development.The cooperation system between vocational college and enterprises, consisting of production,learning and research activity is enhanced within the context. However,gaps between the educational bojectives and the real needs of market are catching more and more attentions nowadays.Practice teaching in vocational colleges could promote the linkage between school education and marketing requirements while it could not been always guaranteed at all.Therefore the issue in student's practice and internship are capturing more and more attentions from various from various aspects in the society.Generally,practice or internship will be provided to help student become more adaptive in workplace.Staying at school,student is not able to define a clear learning objective for future career development. In that case,they don't know what kind of knowledge is useful.Therefore making themselves adaptive to the new job is the first challenge for new graduates from vocational colleges.They are not able to find a more suitable and effective way to learn and improve their capacity in that period so it is very necessary to study the learning situation for the vocational colleges student in practice.This paper comprises 6 chapters. First chapter elaborates the background,rational and the significance of the research.Besides,it provides an overview of the research methods, overall picture and updated literature review.Second chapter explore the background of students practice.Also it explores the practice situation in vocational colleges and the enterprise response to the students in internship.In chapter three,chapter four and chapter five,three internship cases of vocational colleges students are displayed and analyzed.The author is trying to analyze their learning situation in the practice. What did they learn and how did they learn? What's the major constrains in workplace learning?Chapter six summarized the three cases with a prospect for future research.Looking at the three learning cases in practice,the fact that students are gtetting know what they have learnt from school could not be applied in workplace and they only have limited capacity to adapt themselves to work,will deteriorate school education. Gaps between school and workplace,the absence of a qualified practice and coaching system in vocational colleges and the weak training system for the starters in enterprises is the major issues in the practice for students from vocational colleges.
