Research On Sharing Mechanism Of Open Practice Center In Shanghai

This paper selected the open practice center for VTE in Shanghai as a research object and collected the data and information by observing, questionnaire, interviewing and case study。Through the communication with administration personnel of practice center, instructors who are responsible for practice education and some students, the auther pressingly the operation situation and problem of the open practice centres in Shanghai. The purpose of this study is to seek a more effective development model and operation mechanism of practice resources sharing. Therefore,the is of theoretical and practical guiding significance.This paper used related theories to analysis how to share the sources of open practice centres. Based on the existing problems , this paper gives some suggestion about building a mechanism of resource sharing under sustainable development background to improve the development of vocational education in Shanghai and provide a strong manpower support for social development.
