The Open Learning Centre Building And Management Situation

Since China started carry on the modern distance education experimental work in 1998, with the quick extension of the distance education experimental unit scale ,have appeared many problems in the aspect of management. How to operate the distance education study centers scientifically and validly, and consummate its construction and management, is a very urgent and important mission. Under these theories instructions , such as quality control system, the study support service, the distance education management and the teaching management, this study investigate the construction present condition of study centers of "Exerting Cultivating Model Reformation and Open-education Experiments in Audio and Video University" item ,and analyses its management system and management process, tally up advantage and the shortage in the study centers management, and put forward a series of improvement suggestions for CRTVU.The full paper is divided into six totally. Chapter 4 goes to chapter 5 is the importance part of the paper. In chapter 4 author carry on a questionnaire from three aspects to investigates construction condition of infrastructure, teachers condition and practice bases, and according to the results of field survey, tally up the existent outstanding problem of open education study centers.In chapter 5, author summarize the circumstances of whole management system in three administrative levels, tallying up responsibility and obligation between CRTVU and province radio , TV universities and study centers. What's more, emphasize the deeds of CRTVU, analyzing management system construction, information-based management means, and the process of management and supervision.In the last one chapter, according to the questionnaire results of chapter 4 and present management system condition analysis of chapter 5, put forward correspond of improvement opinion, and carry on programming a design for the following research.
