Research On The Construction Of Financial Sharing Service Center In H Provincial Universities

In recent years,the scale of the enterprise,accelerate the development of economic globalization,expanding the size of the economic effect is also a group called the popular trend of enterprise development,but followed by a surge in management fees,personnel communication management problems such as low efficiency,poor supervision,therefore,share the center of this new type of management mode arises at the historic moment,this also for large enterprise financial management provides a new management mode of thinking.Nowadays,financial sharing service center is widely used in large enterprises or large multinational companies at home and abroad.Although China started relatively late compared with western countries,this management mode of financial sharing service center has been accepted by the public.With the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in various provinces of China and the continuous enhancement of teaching staff,the demand for funds of colleges and universities gradually expands.Problems such as reimbursement difficulties,cumbersome procedures,shortage of funds and insufficient supervision make the business efficiency of colleges and universities low,financial risks large and the supervision of relevant national departments weak.Therefore,it can be seen that the establishment of a financial sharing service center in all provincial colleges and universities can improve the efficiency of provincial colleges and universities,optimize the current financial management process,reduce the financial risk of colleges and universities,and make the supervision of relevant national departments to provincial colleges and universities more effective.This paper takes the Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,adopts the method of case study,and takes the construction of Financial Sharing Service Center among Provincial Universities of H Province as an example to study.At the same time,combined with the mode of Financial Sharing Service Center in enterprises,it is applied to the research of Chinese universities.Through theoretical analysis and analogy analysis with enterprises,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of Establishing Financial Sharing Service Center in provincial colleges and universities,summarizes the financial management problems existing in provincial colleges and universities at this stage,andgives suggestions and Countermeasures for establishing financial sharing service center in provincial colleges and universities.
