Division-Responsibility System Of Student Management And Guidance

The construction of student management and guidance responsibility system has become the important guarantee for the smooth operation of collective teaching. In this thesis, the exploration and innovation of H High School is taken as an example. I'd like to do some research on division-responsibility system based on teacher community, and to provide reference for the reform and innovation of student management and guidance responsibility system.Based on the mentioned above, the object of study is firstly defined in order to clear the basic concept and identify the key problem of system analysis. Then some prevalent management and guidance responsibility systems in history are reviewed, which are theoretical and practical foundation of division-responsibility system. But division-responsibility system in teacher community is the focus of this thesis. After that, I conduct some interviews of practical exploration of H High School. From this method, I can approximate the life situations of people involved, understand their system experience and learn their suggestions of system innovation. In the end, several suggestions on improving the current management and guidance are put forward based on division-responsibility system in teacher community.The research has shown that there is prominent effect in improving student management and guidance for division-responsibility system based on teacher community. On the other hand, the survey analysis shows that there are also some problems in implementing division-responsibility system, such as teachers' degree of recognition, teachers' choice and combination, teachers' style of guidance and management, evaluation and incentive mechanism for teachers and so on. All of these influence the more effective implement. Based on these analyses, some suggestions are provided, such as clear and update the current management system, broaden professional division of division-responsibility system, promote the construction of teacher community, improve evaluation system for teachers and advance students' democratic autonomy, which will provide foundation and striving direction for improving student management and guidance responsibility system.
