Lugu Community Restructuring Practice Of The Management System Of Urban Grass-roots Social Innovation

At present, to strengthen the construction of the new social situation requires us to promote the system of social management innovation. Since the end of the nineteenth century, community-based management platform for the reform of the urban grass-roots social management theory research and practice has been engaged in exploration. This article system studied the community construction (community development) of the elementary theory and the basic characteristics of community building at home and abroad, focusing on analysis of the management system of China's grass-roots community of a typical——Beijing Shijingshan District Lugu innovative community-based practice, attempt to based on the scientific development theory, the "three-plate" theory, theory of public administration as the basic basis. Analyzes the policy guidance of our country current social management, and based on this, proposed the reform and the innovation in management system of urban grass-roots society and the mechanism of advice.
