Under the globalization of knowledge and Diversity of technology, the importance of project has been highlighted, and the quality of engineering talent has been put forward higher requirements in the community. At present, countries in the world attach great importance to the engineering education. On our terms, It is an important task to build an innovation-oriented country that training and owning a large number of engineering talent with high-quality which have innovative spirit and practical ability I .From the experience of many highly industrialized nations, to train qualified engineering talent we have to go through three processes --"the study of engineering knowledge, engineering practice, training and actual work experience ". Internship is the best ways to gain practice and experience, which is the key to modern engineering education, learned from a large number of studies.Internship is applied generally in the practice teaching activities of engineering undergraduate education. Such internships provide students with practical work environment, nurture students'ability in professional practice, enhance students'social cognition and professional consciousness, and obtain some work experience as well, which are important for the development of students'capacity and profession.Although enterprise internship is a part of teaching design in the Undergraduate engineering education of our country, Its practical effect has not been well represented. Students always in the state of "passive practice": Schools set plans and propose practical internship requirements, students practise for "Practice", or practise for credits, and even make false reports of their internship. In order to obtain the better effect of corporate internship, we should replace the "passive" state with "active" one. It is time for us to consider these questions: What is the meaning of internship? How to get more internship opportunities? How to achieve better training results? In sight of this goal, on the basis of studying of the theoretical research in Higher Education of Engineering and relevant issues of internship, pointing at the problems in the engineering undergraduates'in corporate internship, standing on the point of University-Enterprise Win-Win, taking that cultivation and development of students'abilities at core, this study investigated and analyzed the origins of these problems. After the study of the operating system of corporate internship, we came up with the idea that"operating system of participatory corporate internship", and then tabled proposals and specific measures to the mode and content of internship.This research applied a series of research forms such as surveys, interviews, case studies. And the article is structured as follows: Firstly, found and summarized the problems in the existing practice and practice approach. Secondly, introduce and analyze the case of internship in the American University, then classify and summary their success. Finally, based on the current status of internships of our country's engineering education, to build a long-term system considering the four parts of government, schools, corporations and students, which can propose a series of strategies and approaches to solve problems, and then provide reference for the Reform and improvement of our country's teaching of higher engineering education.
