The qualitative research method is used when telling the stories of the professional growth of this young geography teacher whose name is "the master of Ku mo zhai" on the network. The young man has been approaching the teaching profession from his own experience which can be called "touched and warm up". He tried to find out his direction of professional growth of teachers when he was experiencing the different "happiness, craziness and challenge" in his life. After this, he began to gain experience, share ideas, and taste and enjoy the fun of teaching life. The 3rd part includes the enlightenment of this study and three useful suggestions. And the third advice is seeking for the basement of your profession in your study. The 4th part is the Conclusion and reflection on methodology. Through the case study mentioned above, I realize that if a teacher want to enjoy his teaching life, his professional growth should be based on rational introspection, teaching practice, social interaction and daily study with the enthusiasm of pursuing his own "zone of proximal development".
