Study On Socialization Reform For Logistics Of Lanzhou University

China's economy and society have undergone dramatic changes during these 20 years of reform and opening up. As a result, remarkable achievement has also been accomplished in terms of China's higher education course. However, there is still a major problem in it: the size of colleges and universities is relatively small, and they cannot provide enough graduates to meet the demand of the society. Besides, the restricted size also inevitably fails to satisfy people's needs to receive higher education. It's quite obvious that the logistic capacity has become the bottleneck in the further development of higher education institutions. In order to solve this problem, the market-oriented reform in logistic service of higher education institutions, as an important part of the package reform plan for higher education, was initially carried out throughout the country over a decade ago. After these years of exploration and practice of the reform, remarkable achievement has been made, and the need for logistic service after colleges and universities' enrollment expansion is basically satisfied. Nevertheless, as the reform goes further, it has to deal with more new constraints, such as mechanism problems, operational difficulties, vague responsibility and benefit, low education level of staff, bad performance in bringing in line with other social industries, etc. Among the higher education institution in China, Lanzhou Universities are confronted with most serious problems due to the regional backwardness both in external market development and in internal consciousness of marketization.This paper around the innovation of the logistics system of Lanzhou University and based on the literature review of the logistics socialization in our country and other countris, it makes a detailed study on the reform and pratice of the logistics socialization of our country as well as the process, the current condition, achievements and the existing problem of the logistics socialization of Lanzhuo University. Furthermore, it make reflection on the program of the logistics socialization of Lanzhou University and puts forward some suggestions and six proposals: choose the way of the logistics socialization of Lanzhou University; some practical methods in the logistics service; doing something to reform and coordinate the logistics service ;bettering the payment system in the logistics service of Lanzhou University; strengthening the competition forces of the logistics service; promoting the quality supervising system of the logistics service. Concerned as the concrete problems, this study adopts such methods as combination of theory and pralice, qualification and quantification, SWOT analysis, induction and deduction and the Games Theory. It can not only provide the theoretical support and the decision-making proof for the logistics socialization of Lanzhou University but also serve as a reference for the logistics socialization of other universities.
