Community co-management is an emerging natural resource management model, which has introduced in China for several years. Although there have been some successes, there are many issues that should not be evaded, for the healthy development of condominium communities. Performance management and performance evaluation is the result of centuries of development rather sophisticated methods of management, and many have developed theories and models, however, the history of the development of community co-management has only ten years term , and its performance evaluation and management is just beginning. We only have on the community co-management system of science performance assessment in order to understand the practice of community co-management in our country has made the process of what kind of success and the existence of the problem of how to co-management to the community for more in-depth performance management. In this way we can do to contribute in the community co-management and healthy development in China for Nature and the cause of sustainable use of natural resources.This article combines the the theory of community co-management and the theory of performance assessment. To different areas of performance evaluation index system for comparative analysis carried out in order to build a community co-management performance evaluation system, and do performance assessment of the community co-management for Baishuijiang Nature Reserve. The results of performance evaluation are results of few years works of community co-management Baishuijiang Nature Reserve, as well as the direction of our future work about how to improve the development.
