Ministry of Education in April 2003 re-enacted and promulgated the "ordinary standards of high school sports meet (experimental version)" and in the autumn of 2004 in Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan and Ningxia provinces, autonomous regions to carry out four experiments in September 2005, Jiangsu Province has also entered high school physical education and health curriculum reform, and Changzhou City, Jiangsu economy and education as a relatively prosperous place, but also in Jiangsu Province high school physical education and health to the curriculum reform in key areas, Changzhou City, high school sports and health courses of practice-based give us the experience of the ongoing curriculum reform, curriculum reform, or is about to provide some of the schools to learn from elsewhere.Course of this paper as a guide, mainly through literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, analysis and case law on the Chan Zhou High School physical education and health curriculum-based implementation of the specific circumstances of investigation and research, first of all, sports and health courses related to the definition of the concept, an overview of research at home and abroad, and secondly, the results of the survey analysis and case analysis, and finally summed up in Chan Zhou City, school-based curriculum of high school sports results and some problems and the problems for the corresponding development strategies.Survey results show that the Chan Zhou High School physical education and health curriculum-based practice of the main results obtained are as follows: Chan Zhou City high school sports and the practice of school-based health curricula to better reflect the concept of quality education; own arrangements for the course content, more in line with the curriculum development trends; the choice of the course content is mainly from the interests of students, the increased interest in learning and motivation; special school teaching model revised to take account of students go a long way to raise the level of motor skills, help students to develop good exercise habits to foster a sense of life-long sports; teaching model can help students take the initiative to participate in exchanges and cooperation in the spirit and abilities, help to play the professional expertise of teachers and help teachers in special teaching and research capacity and capability. Changzhou City survey found that high school sports and the practice of school-based health curriculum there are still some problems: Most of the content of school physical education courses or sports projects, local projects, national traditions and the emerging shortage of sports content; for sports conventional classroom ignored; physical education teachers lack of curriculum development issues; module is equipped with educational resources to set up and lack of co-ordination problems; module set of teaching hours and the actual arrangements for the issue of non-identical; neglected practice in the teaching of physical development of students. Study the problems in accordance with the corresponding development of responses: all schools should strengthen the construction of school facilities to enhance the operational capacity of the training of teachers; for physical education classes in the emerging conventional sports neglected, we should be strengthened between the physical education teachers exchanges, and strengthen the guidance of physical education teachers; organization for study and training of teachers, improve teacher attitudes and the overall quality of education; in accordance with the conditions of school facilities, set up a number of compulsory elective projects; proposed school design module of 36 hours or 72 hours school design program. Finally come to the conclusion: Changzhou City high school sports and health courses in favor of the practice of school-based school characteristics of the formation and development of projects in order to further promote the development of school education; is conducive to physical education teacher professional development and training of physical education teacher professionalism and improve the professional skills of physical education teachers; to better meet the needs of students interested in promoting the healthy growth of students to develop the motor skills of students so that students develop good exercise habits to develop students awareness of life-long sport.
