Mathematics study is an activity which is worse in concrete operation and far from reality. In mathematics study, it stresses your self-awareness and it needs learning activities and cooperation between self-reflection and adaptation. However, at present there is no awareness of its importance in mathematics study, and teachers don't pay more attention to the basic concept teaching. On the contrary, mathematics teachers are addicted to practising many exercises in order to get right answers and ignore the process of solving the problems. At the same time they don't summarize the experience of solving problems and Mathematics thinking methods, making mathematics "pay more , but gain less". More seriously, it makes teachers and students all feel very tired. In my opinion, during mathematics study students should be given enough time and chance to reflect what they have learnt in order to improve their problem-solving ability. After simply stating mathematics problem-solving self-thinking ability and theories, my essay uses the methods of experiments and action study to mainly study the contents of problem-solving thinking and how to develop students' mathematics thinking ability.My writing is divided into fore parts:1. The first part mainly states the purpose and meaning of my writing and alse talks about study methods and realities at home and abroad.2. The second part states the basic concepts and theories of mathematics problem-solving thinking ability.3. The third part states the contents of mathematics problem-solving self-thinking ability. In details,this part includes the understanding process, related knowledge,thinking process and the results of learning how to think about mathematics problems. To prove the importance and function of maths thinking, I use the method of analysing cases.4. The fourth part from teachers and students aspects,states the route of how to develop students' problem-solving self-thinking ability.In a word, it needs a long period for students to develop and improve their abilities of mathematics problem-solving self-thinking. During this period,teachers should give instructions and models, more importantly, students themselves should learn how to rethink and reflect willingly. In this way gradually they will form this good habit and benefit from it in their later studies.
