In mathematics teaching, teachers, school teaching and learning of students is an integral blend with each other, teachers, professors and teaching methods to students the concept of a direct impact on the thinking and the formation of self-control. Learn how to learn the needs of the times, learning is not limited to the campus learning and more learning outside school, learning is a lifelong task. Therefore, an important school of learning task is to foster the autonomy of student learning. Only enable students to actively participate in teaching activities, students develop effective self-regulation can effectively solve many mathematics teaching in the conventional mode of the problem difficult to solve. In this paper, the first part, about self-regulation of domestic and foreign research and innovation of this article. The second part of this article about self-regulation relating to the relevance of the concept and theoretical basis, pointing out that the concept of self-regulation, the characteristics of the internal mechanisms and influencing factors. The fourth part, through the teaching of comparative experimental study of teaching, testing the theory of the teaching can be implemented and the implementation of the experimental results to verify the practical value of this thesis. Through to educational model's design, achieves to the student studies the strategy the teaching, causes the student "to be able to study"; Through strengthens student's self-potency feeling, causes the student "to like studying"; Through guides the student to carry on the self-monitoring, causes the student "permanent study"; Uses social and the materiality resources through the church student, causes the student "skillful study". Thus to Self-regulated study individual request—Why studied, studies anything, how to study and so on questions to carry on the explanation, achieves truly raises ability which the high-school student studiesindependently.
