In recent years,with the development of the society,the proportion of external teachers in the teaching staff of H City Vocational Education Center is getting larger and larger.Up to2019,the proportion of external teachers is about 33.69%,and with the H City Vocational Education Center's development assumes the upward trend.Compared with the teachers in the establishment,the external teachers have a higher professional counterpart,so the teaching quality of the professional theory and skills of the external teachers is the knowledge and skills acquired by the students in the H City Vocational Education Center,become one of the important guarantees of skilled personnel.The author hopes that this study can provide theoretical support for the problems existing in the teaching quality management of external teachers in the H City Vocational Education Center,and then improve the overall teaching quality of the H City Vocational Education Center,let more students graduate to become skilled personnel,really into high-quality workers and skilled personnel industry.As the role of external teachers becomes more and more prominent,meanwhile,the teaching quality management of external teachers in h city vocational education center becomes more and more prominent.In order to give H City Vocational Education Center external teacher teaching quality management problem with the reasonable countermeasure,the author has carried out the research on this.Firstly,the author investigates the current situation of external teachers' teaching quality management in H City Vocational Education Center by means of questionnaire and interview.Finally,the main body,content,methods and evaluation of external teachers' teaching quality management in H City Vocational Education Center are given.Then,according to the survey results,combined with the author's working experience,from the current situation of teaching quality management of external teachers in H City Vocational Education Center,find out the problems in teaching quality management of external teachers in H City Vocational Education Center.Through the research,it is found that the external teachers' teaching quality management in H City Vocational Education Center has some problems,such as single main body,unclear goal,imperfect system,ineffective methods,unscientific evaluation and so on.Then,by analyzing the teaching quality management of the external teachers in the H City Vocational Education Center,the main causes of the teaching quality problems of the external teachers are obtained from the school,the external teachers,the students and the society.The school management idea is backward,the management system is not standard.2.External teachers are highly mobile and lack a sense of belonging.3.Poor quality of students,lack of interest in learning.4.Parents and society have low recognition of secondary vocational schools.Finally,the author sets out from the current situation,problems and reasons of external teachers' teaching quality management in H City Vocational Education Center,the author also puts forward some pertinent suggestions and countermeasures from five aspects: The main body,target,system,method and evaluation of external teachers' teaching quality management.Perfecting the main body of teaching quality management.2.Make clear the management goal,establish the all-round development teaching quality view.3.Strict management system and effective teaching quality control.4.Improving management methods and implementing effective management.5.Perfect the management evaluation,set up the feedback control system of the evaluation result.
