With the "National Medium and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)" being carried out,kindergarten management attaches great importance to people gradually,and in 2001 the Department of Education issued the "kindergarten education guidelines(trial)" has been clearly stipulated: kindergarten to establish a good convention,to avoid unnecessary management behavior,and gradually guide children to learn self-management.The “kindergarten program of work” and the “director of kindergarten professional standards” which been to be implemented after March 1,2016 have carried out detailed planning on the management contents of kindergarten management,requiring the kindergarten to implement the principal responsibility system,and hold the committee meetings on a regular basis to manage kindergarten affairs.Most of the researches at home and abroad focus on teacher's management and culture management.On the basis of the study of "five policy",this paper will study the actual situation of education in rural resettlement areas and combine the actual situation of kindergartens in rural resettlement areas,to cultural management,curriculum management,spiritual management for the beginning.Through the collection of relevant literature to get the theoretical foundation,the paper analyzes the management situation of the head of the rural resettlement area,and finally analyzes the five aspects of cultural management,which is political management,curriculum management,teacher management and spiritual management from the questionnaire of kindergarten principals,faculty and parents,interviews and observation to discuss the management of the kindergarten of the principal.This study focuses on professional experience of H director,to place emphasis on the kindergarten management,to understanding the process of her to become the excellent director,It's summarizes the management measures and effects of her kindergartens in the resettlement area,provides a references material of improving the management ability of the kindergarten principals in the rural resettlement area and the improving the way of management.For other development of rural resettlement kindergarten teachers provide the template for reference,open their visions and expand their ways of thinking.
