| Educational Technology is one of the fastest-growing major in our country in recent years. More than 200 Universities had offered Educational Technology major in our country. During the process of Professional development of Educational Technology, a prominent problem is the training objectives and the curriculum system setting for graduates are different in colleges. Meanwhile, it isn't optimistic to cultivate the undergraduate of Educational Technology study in recent years. Such as complex subjects,"Media theory "," instrumentalism " have the basis of the masses, this major has became a major that every thing to be studied but do not have any expertise. The irreplaceability of this major has n disappeared. All these problems are related to the misunderstanding of Education Technology and Educational Technology. Therefore, this dissertation thesis elaborated the background, the goal and the significance of this research trough the comparative study and the analysis on concept or history of Educational Technology .Then, it explored the concept of Educational Technology and the difference of Educational Technology's definition, which are given by AECT from 1963 to 2005.At the same time, this dissertation discussed the concept of Educational Technology. To retrospect the development history of Education Technology and the research objects of Educational Technology in different periods in China is the way to conclude the research core of Education Technology and its influence to the development of Education Technology. On the base of understanding the nature of the study of Educational Technology, the training goal or the subject system on graduates of the universities and the setting to study the Ministry of Education of 1998 by comparative methods . And then, to cultivate the undergraduates with the ability of Education Technology according with the social demands. Finally, the dissertation gave some advice on curriculum system of educational technology about be pay more attention to.
