Educational technology is a kind of complex social network system in China , its development is a dynamic evolutionary process. Along with the construction process of informational education, the development of educational technology in the new era not only gets the advancement but also faces with the new challenges. Under the background of advances in technology and the new request of education reform, educational technique's development in China will face with new situations and show new problems, so we need to keep pace with the times, explores the new solution positively, in order to promote the development of educational technology more healthily and orderly in our country. To this end, this topic conducts the deep research of educational technique's development in China, which profits from the outstanding research results of Dissipative structure theory.Firstly, the article simply introduces the research's background, the research mentality, and the research methods and so on, and identifies concepts that relate to the research. Secondly, the article studies the meaning of educational technology in China, on the basis of summing up educational technique's historical evolution, and points out some misery in the process of educational technique's development in China.Furthermore, the article describes the relationship between the theory of Dissipative structure and educational technology in China, on the basis of review the contents of Dissipative structure theory and its methodology. Which analyzes the research of the development of educational technology in China using Dissipative structure theory is scientific, feasible and practical, and points out the theory of Dissipative structure that can be applied to study the development of educational technology in China.Finally, the article applies Dissipative structure theory to study the development of educational technology in China, uses the logical analytic method firstly to discuss system Characteristics of educational technology in China and the conditions that can make educational technique's dissipative structure happen. Based on this, theory with practice, the article makes the new theory discussion of dissipative structure's characteristics of educational technology in China and questions existed in the process of the development of educational technology in China, mainly from the system openness, non-balanced, the misalignment interaction and so on.The result of using the theory of Dissipative structure to analyze the development of educational technology in China shows that Dissipative structure theory can reveal the internal constraints and external support necessary conditions in the development of educational technology in China, it can provide a new thinking direction and a theoretical model for education technology's development in China; Educational technology in China is a complex open system, its development must be constrained by conditions that can form dissipative structure (the system must meet the openness, nonlinear, far from equilibrium, fluctuation and so on), the more complex that it contains subsystems and internal hierarchical structures, the more possibly that it can maintain its own state far from equilibrium, and then continue to get new power that is necessary for its development.
